No policy, extended guarantee, or any statement on this site affects the consumers statutory rights. We will not share your name or personal details with any third party. We do not send any un-solicited mail, e-mail or marketing material. We do not debit cards until goods are ready for despatch. We confirm your order by email. (Please provide a correct, working email address and check that your SPAM fliter is set to recieve messages from our automated emailer) We try to despatch orders within 2/3 working days of receipt. Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you cancel the contract we will gladly refund within 5 days of the cancellation provided:     (a) You have informed us prior to returning goods.     (b) The goods are recieved back un-used with carriage paid. If goods turn out to be faulty or different from those that the customer ordered we will refund. Postage will only be refunded (if items are faulty or differ from what was ordered) providing the goods are returned by the same method with which they were sent to you by.
