No policy, extended guarantee, or any statement on this site affects the consumers statutory rights. We will not share your name or personal details with any third party We do not send any un-solicited mail, e-mail or marketing material We do not debit cards until goods are ready for despatch We confirm your order by email. We try to despatch orders within 2/3 working days of receipt. Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you cancel the contract we will gladly refund within 5 days of the cancellation provided: (a) You have informed us prior to returning goods. (b) The goods are received un-used and carriage paid. If goods turn out to be faulty or different from those that the customer ordered we will refund.
